FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC ADO-EKITI HND APTITUDE TEST 2024/2025

Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti 2024/2025 admission guidelines: The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti has officially announced that applicants who fail to adhere to the stipulated admission requirements for the 2024/2025 academic session will be disqualified. This was disclosed in a notice on the institution’s official website, drawing attention to specific errors some applicants are making in their applications.

The notice highlights two major areas of concern:

  1. Erroneous Data Submission:
Some applicants have been found submitting incorrect or misleading information in their application forms. The polytechnic has made it clear that any form of error in the data provided—whether deliberate or accidental—will lead to the disqualification of the application. It is essential for all applicants to thoroughly review and verify their personal details before submitting the form to avoid issues during the screening process.
  2. Non-Compliant Passport Photograph Submission:
Another common issue raised involves the passport photographs attached to the application forms. Applicants who submit non-passport photographs or photographs that do not meet the institution’s specified guidelines will also face disqualification. The polytechnic has emphasized the importance of using a proper passport photograph that follows these requirements:
    • Size: 45mm x 35mm
    • Background Color: White or light blue
    • Clear Image: No shadows or blurriness; the face should be clearly visible
    • Neutral Expression: No smiling or exaggerated facial expressions
    • No Accessories: Avoid hats, caps, or sunglasses unless for religious or medical reasons

By following these simple guidelines, applicants can avoid unnecessary setbacks in their admission process.

The polytechnic management urges all applicants to be diligent, double-check their details, and ensure they submit passport photographs that adhere to the outlined specifications to increase their chances of gaining admission for the 2024/2025 academic session.
